[EN-US] A short puzzle platformer about a coconut trying to save his home from aliens coming from an icy planet. This ia a small game I made for a winter themed Game Jam and for my postgraduate degree in Digital Game Design and Development at Cruzeiro do Sul Virtual. The game has an english (EN-US) and a brazilian portuguese (PT-BR) version.

"Coconut Land was a peaceful and warm place, just the way the coconuts liked it. But on a frightening day, the terrifying and icy aliens from Planet Geloid invaded the place with the aim of turning it into an endless winter. When everything seemed to be lost, the old and wise Elder Coconut of the Mountains (yes, that's his name) went to Coconut City and found Coquito, a young coconut willing to do whatever it takes to save Coconut Land."

  • Use the arrow keys to move and jump
  • Be careful, using the boots you will be very fast and it will be difficult to stop!
  • Don't fall into the water or touch the aliens so that you don't lose your lives and end up frozen

Hope you enjoy :)

i loved the cut scene, but joining the first level, the concept seemed more like a multiplayer minigame then a platformer, if the levels could be more streched out and horizontal, i think i would enjoy it more, but i love the concept, and wish there were more shorter levels, that would make the game a bit less frustrating, has you could die with one block left and ragequit, a couple of bugs i noticed were that you could stand of the edges of blocks (not on the top) and i think with this game, you should be able to jump a little off the block

Thanks for playing and for the feedback! :D

I agree with everything you wrote. I will take this into account if I modify the game in the future or make another one with the same concept. I noticed the bug on the edges of the blocks but I couldn't fix it in time to deliver it to the Game Jam. Jumping a little off the block is also a great idea.
